The first US Dating Awards took place at the Prince George Ball Room in Manhattan, New York, on Thursday September 15th 2016.
The event ran together with a full day Industry Conference. The conference was structured as a series of workshops. Workshops on the day focused on how to build an audience, branding, blogging, YouTube, social media, PR, and marketing tips. Journalists from top publications will ran a PR Q&A during the day, and every attendee received a free LinkedIn photoshoot.
The Conference ran between 11am and 5pm ET. The Dating Awards began at 7.30pm with a cocktail reception, followed by dinner, the Awards ceremony, and a DJ and dancing. The event ended at 11pm.
